For the hearing impaired, the hearing aid-comparative phone system has a visual fire alarm and HAC/VC (ADA) handset volume boost with three distinct levels.

The bathroom offers a roll-in shower with foldable seat and height-adjustable shower head, levered door and faucet handles, and wheelchair-friendly vanity, counters, and door clearance.
