Named in honor of Barry Goldwater — the progressive politician, statesman, businessman, and USAF pilot who was a five-time state senator and proud Arizonan — the Goldwater Residence is our most exclusive and largest accommodations. It extends across two levels and approximately 3,100 square feet, and has special access to the private courtyard pool.

The main floor offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and baby grand piano, plus a library, formal dining room with seating for 10, wet bar, powder room, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave, private patio, and master bedroom.

The downstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed with walk-in closet, sauna, and full-size bathroom with oversized jetted tub and separate shower. The second loft bedroom upstairs includes two queen beds, double vanities, oversized shower, and a private balcony — perfect for watching the sun rise and set over the Sonoran Desert.
